The New Windsor, St John the Baptist with All Saints’ Annual Parochial Church Meeting (APCM) takes place in church on Sunday 14th May at 1130, after the morning service.
The first part of this meeting (known as the Vestry Meeting) is the election of churchwardens. During the second part of the meeting, various reports are received, including the reports from the rector, churchwardens and treasurer, and members of the PCC are elected. All those on the Electoral Roll of the parish are eligible to attend and vote.
There will also be an opportunity to hear about the progress in the process of becoming a single parish, joining with the parishes of Holy Trinity and Clewer St Stephen with Spital.
